Very disappointed with the lack of quality control. The two sketchbooks I had ordered for my grand-daughters were nothing like the on-line photo. The names on both sketchbooks appeared smudged and blurry. Not happy that no one took the time to review before shipping the order.

I purchased the personalized sketch pad as a stocking stuffer for my 12 y/o granddaughter. She loves to draw, mostly pictures of animals. She was fortunate to receive many other very nice Christmas presents, but to my surprise, she seemed to enjoy her sketch pad as much, if not more, than any of the things she received.
