My purchase arrived in perfect shape and engraved correctly! i order a lot from personalization Mall and I have always been satisfied!

The shipping was off, but the he quality was better than I expected. I really thought the engraving would have come off after a few washes!

BROKEN GLASSES AGAIN.

Today I give a four-star rating. I received all my product this time around. However two of the items were broken one lowball glass were broken into and the second one were chip. I was happy to receive it on time , because they are Mother Day Gift. But I think you can do better on the shipping process. So there can be less broken glasse.

I never received it. Did not get refunded.
